John West on the go noodles pots with canned tuna

I love trying instant noodles, pot noodles etc so I was captivated by John West on the go noodle pots because you have the fun of opening can and making some noodles in a pot!!
As well as noodles, you can get cous cous pots or pasta pots.

The four choices are:

Mediterranean Tuna Couscous Pot

Indian Tuna biryani Rice Pot

Thai Tuna green curry noodle pot
Italian tomato and herb pasta pot

I was at Tescos when I wanted to buy them and they only had Thai green curry and cous cous so I went for the Thai noodles.

The noodles were how I expected being the typical curry taste you get for noodle pots but it was fun adding the tuna from the can and it really took it to the next level making it moreish so I actually finished it.

As it was quite enjoyable, I also got the Italian tomato and herb from Morrisons.

The pasta is much better and really softens up in 5 minutes unlike other brands which are a little crispy.

The tomato flavour is a bit cheap overwhelmed by bell peppers and paprika flavours.

However adding the tuna took it to the next level making it moreish so it ended up delicious. 

Aldi Moser Roth Ruby Chocolate and Raspberry chocolate geometric egg

This is the third supermarket ruby chocolate sighting and this time it was at Aldi.
I wasn't impressed with the raspberry pairing because ruby choc itself already tastes like raspberry.
Although it could be a smart way of putting less ruby chocolate to save costs because you don't know if its the raspberry or ruby chocolate taste.
Anyway, I decided to try it for fun and it wasn't that bad.
Luckily the raspberry pieces were nicely scattered and there were not too much of it so I could appreciate and taste the ruby chocolate which was tangy and refreshing.
The only thing I didn't like was the sweeteners which have a funny aftertaste.

Monty's Lemon Cheesecake cheddar

Finally a sweet cheese that's not Wensleydale!!

Love the heart truckle so bought this to review.

The taste of this was interesting and definitely different to wensleydale which I consider it similar to cheesecake.

The texture was firm like cheddar and the taste gets you confused, its savoury cheddar and then you get lemon peel cutting through that is sweet but not the candy type of sweetness and the lemon rind taste is quite prominent.

Although named like the cheesecake, I'm glad its not as sweet and just sweet like a cheesecake with other flavours going on.

As well as lemon, they have apricot, chilli and lime.

Quavers BBQ sauce review

I love Quavers and nothing beat the original cheese.

Spotted the new Quavers BBQ sauce so I had to give them a try because I love trying new snacks.

To my surprise, they were really tasty and quite different to how I imagined.

They were smoky with a bacon taste so if you like bacon snacks then these are for you.

Nik Naks Scampi 'n' Lemon

These nik naks are addictive and you can't stop eating them.
The scampi fishy taste isn't really obviously like Smiths Scampi Fries but they are still tasty.
Overall they tasted like mayonnaise and lemon snacks.

Tesco Mature cheddar with oak smoked tomato and herbs

Spotted the Tesco Mature cheddar with oak smoked tomato and herbs so just had to get it.
It was seriously delicious cheddar with tomato and cheese.
Basically think of pizza and it also reminded me of those flavoured tomato cream cheeses!!
It tasted really good on its own, it was really moreish because of the sundried tomatoes and then you get the oregano.

Also tried it melted on toast but it tastes better just like that.

The texture of this cheese is rather creamy and soft until plain cheddar.

Mr Kipling cherry bakewell sponge pudding

I love sponge puddings but just realized I haven't reviewed any from Mr Kiplings so I got the cherry bakewell to try.

They were bought from a corner shop as you don't really get these in the supermarket.

Overall, the almond flavour in the sponge was lovely but too sweet overall and the texture of the sponge was too soft and soggy for my liking.
