Lidl Tower gate creams variety pack

These biscuits are not something I would buy but someone bought it.

It was nice to have a variety so you can try the different flavours like the digestive, coconut and bourbon.

My favourite had to be the coconut followed by chocolate and the digestives.

Walkers MAX Strong fiery prawn cocktail crisps

I love crisps and this time Walkers have taken the prawn cocktail to the next level by making it spicy.

As well as the fiery prawn cocktail they also have Jalapeno & cheese, Hot chicken wings and hot sauce blaze in the series.

I would imagine the hot chicken wings tasting like roast chicken crisps with chilli.

After trying the fiery prawn cocktail crisps, I was not disappointed as you can really taste the prawn cocktail followed by the heat.

The prawn cocktail aroma was there was well.

Overall, I am glad I tried so I will be looking forward to trying flavours in the range.

Lidl Milbona Rice and Strawberry rice pudding

Quite nice, not too sweet or creamy but you can really taste and feel the guar gum thickener.

The strawberry is just the same with a layer of strawberry compote.

Dalstons real squeezed Cherry sparkling

I have always been a fan of Dalstons real squeezed sparkling drinks because they taste natrual with no added sugars.
Finally got my hands on the cherry which I have been meaning to try for a long time because I don't feel like getting the multipacks at the supermarket.

As expected, it was the best sparkling cherry I have ever had, you can really taste REAL cherries and not artificial flavouring.

Again, there is no artificial sweeteners so it tasted amazing.

Snickers drink

The snickers drink is not new but since I have not blogged about it I had to have it for the records.
As well as snickers, you can also get twix, maltesers, M&Ms, bounty, snickers and galaxy and then there is also hot chocolate version.
The snickers drink is rather unique and likeable because you can really taste the chocolate but it was quite powdery even I shook it before serving.

P.O.P Soda - Dark Cherry and Jagged grapefruit

I love soda especially when they do not contain sweeteners, artificial sweeteners.

Unique flavours captivate me as well so when I spotted the P.O.P dark cherry I had to give it ago.

You don't often see the pairing of chocolate and cherry in a soda and P.O.P soda did exactly that.

Also available was the jagged grapefruit made with pink grapefruit and ruby orange.

Starting on the dark cherry, I definitely got the cherry flavours which was nice but the chocolate was not strong enough to taste it however I could taste coke coming through.

The Jagged grapefruit had a surprisingly nice colour with a strong citrus taste followed by a bitterness.

Unfortunately the Jagged grapefruit was the better of the two and the Dark Cherry was not as good as anticipated.

Hellmanns new Sundried tomato & Basil / Avocado lime vegan sauces

As a fan of Hellmanns mayonnaise I was really excited with the launch of these three new vegan sauces: Parmesan & roasted garlic, Sundried tomato and basil, Avocado Lime.

To me, the idea of these sauces are like flavoured mayos so I got the Avocado lime and Sundried tomato and basil.

The sundried tomato and basil has a strong flavour yet it is creamy yet light with strong basil coming through.

Overall, it was quite Italian in taste.

The Avocado lime was moreish but the taste of avocado was really weak but still nice as a sauce with chips or something light.

I tried it with avocado sushi and vegetable maki roll which went nicely.

Hopefully I will get hold of the parmesan garlic soon because the garlic somehow put me off even though I do eat garlic.
