B Corp opens a pop-up shop with a magic vending machine

If it were not for this pop up store, I would not have known about the B Corp certification.
The B Corp certification is given to companies meeting verified high standards of social and environmental performance, transparency and accountability.
At the pop up shop, everything there is on display but not sold however there is a free of charge vending machine where you can try products that have a B Corp certification.

During, my visit, I was really lucky to get my hands on some Vegan ice cream by Jude's Ice cream as well as coconut water by VITACOCO.

The vending machine was wonderful as I got to sample Proper Chips which are lentil based, DASH water, LioBites, Fellow Creatures and Tony's Choco Lonely!

M&S Cocktail Blinis

I love blinis because they are basically mini savoury pancakes.
They taste great when they are warmed in the microwave for 15 seconds.
Adding some marmite butter takes them to the next level when you don't have any fancy items to garnish it.

Taiwan Impress Tea

I love tea especially green tea with quality tea leaves.
The Taiwanese Impress tea is another good one which is strong and aromatic.
When you steep the tea leaves, they all open up and release the flavour.

Lee Kum Kee Oriental sesame soy sauce (drizzle & drip)

Although Lee Kum Kee is a brand from Hong Kong, it is interesting that you get different offerings and varieties in the UK / Europe such as the sesame soy sauce which is like a salad dressing or whatever you fancy putting it on but with an Asian twist.

Iceland Southern Fried Boneless Chicken Thigh 2XL Burgers

After my previous impressive experience with Icelands Southern Fried drumsticks, I decided to fork out on the Southern Fried Boneless Chicken Thigh 2XL Burgers.
Again, they turned out really delicious because the coating was good and the chicken thigh was moist and bouncy as well as tasting good.
I tried the thighs with burger sauce and takeaway style curry sauce which turned out beautifully.

Wimpy Special Sauce

I was so lucky to get some Wimpy Special Sauce from Wimpy from their giveaway competition.
As it is a burger sauce, I had to test it out on a burger so I used it on some Southern Fried Crispy chicken thigh.
Ideally, the special sauce is best paired with beef but it complimented the chicken nicely.
I found the special sauce quite sweet with notes of dill.

Jude's vegan ice cream

On a recent visit to B Corp's popup shop I was really lucky t get my hands on some vegan ice cream by Jude.
There were so many flavours to choose from so we tried Vanilla, Salted Caramel and Chocolate.
To our surprise, the ice cream was creamy and decadent.
In terms of taste, Vanilla was our favourite while the chocolate was rich and decadent.
The salted caramel was not bad but lacked a salted caramel kick to it.
