Ben & Jerry’s and Tony’s Chocolonely: A Chocolate Love A-Fair experience

Ben & Jerry’s and Tony’s Chocolonely have fallen spoon over bar for each other into a true Chocolate Love A-Fair:
To celebrate their commitment to ending modern slavery and child labour in the chocolate industry, I attended a walk-through immersive Valentine's experience in Liverpool Street.
There were fun and games as well as chocolate and ice cream to indulge.
After attending the event, you get to take home the chocolate as well as an ice cream coupon to redeem at your convenience.
The whole experience cost 7.50 which was worth it.

They had the latest (Chocolate Fudge Brownie and Strawberry Cheesecake) and Ben & Jerry’s new ice cream flavour, Chocolatey Love A-Fair, inspired by Tony’s best-selling milk caramel sea salt bar and available in both dairy and non-dairy.
Overall, I was bowled over by how tasty these chocolates were especially the Strawberry Cheesecake as a non white chocolate fan.
The strawberry cheesecake was seriously moreish because it has large chunks of chewy dehydrated strawberries and chunky biscuit pieces which makes them different.
Same with the chocolate fudge brownie, I loved the chunks of brownie biscuit in it.

The ice creams were both good but strangely the vegan one tasted better as it was not too rich or sweet.

Free soft serve from the oatly soft serve tour

At the oatly soft serve tour, they are giving out free Oatly soft serve and a drink.
I went along to give it a try as especially since it was made with oat milk.
I've seen people dip fries in soft serve before which I thought was weird but didn't realize it was a thing!!
The soft serve tasted how it should that you wouldn't suspect it was oat milk.
Can't wait to see it being served everywhere.
Thank you oatly.
NEXT STOP MARGATE, swipe to the last photo for soft serve tour details.

Sainsbury's Pud You Dare Cafe experience

As a foodie, I am always upset when traditional food disappears hence, I like to eat and document as many traditional foods like pie mash, English bakery and old school food as possible.
The humble Christmas pudding is also in danger, so I was elated that Sainsbury's are doing a Pud You Dare Cafe experience to put the pudding back on track.
Not only do they have traditional pudding but there is also a modern Caramelised Biscuit Pudding served with a spiced caramel sauce and a sprinkling of biscuit crumb.
The cafe is only there for two days where I went along and tried the puddings.
Although, I am not much of a Christmas pudding fan, it is a must during Christmas.
The Taste the Difference 18-Month Matured Christmas Pudding was seriously good and even better with double cream while the Caramelised Biscuit pudding had a modern twist without being too sweet yet decadent.
To appreciate the puddings, I opted for custard and double cream that was not spiked so that I could taste everything properly.
At the experience, you get to choose different sauces and topping with the pud complimented by drinks.
For drinks, I had the cranberry orange presse which was refreshing.
Overall, I was so glad I got to the cafe which was free of charge held at Hello Love in Holborn and for every attendee at the café, Sainsbury’s will donate £3 to Comic Relief.
