Knorr Chatt Patta & Cheesy Chatt Patta Noodles from Pakistan

Discovered these noodles at the Middle Eastern grocery so as an instant noodle reviewer I had to try them.
To be honest, I didn't know what Chatt Patta was which was why I had to try them even more.
After googling the Knorr Chatt Patta noodles, there were no English reviews.

Started off with the Chatt Patta first because I presume the cheesy one is the same but cheesy.

You cook them in the usual way by boiling them in hot water and then add the seasoning.
When you cook them, there seems to be some yellow oil coming from the noodles.

The chatta patta was shockingly good but I would say it is an acquired taste because they were extremely hot and quite sour which is definitely up my alley so I am certainly going to get more.

The cheesy Chatt patta had this really strong wotsits aroma followed by the spiciness just like the chatta patta but without the sourness.

To summarize, I was really impressed by both flavours and these flavours are really memorable as there is nothing like it.
So far, the Chatt Patta noodles and the Polish noodles are now my new favourites.

M&S Marks and Spencers Strawberry & Cornish clotted cream cake

I have always wanted to try this cake because of the clotted cream.
When you take the cake out, there is a heavy rich butter smell so it depends if butter is your thing or not.
Overall, I felt that it tasted better than the M&S Victoria sponge but the cake was too soggy for my liking.

Last year there was marmite peanut butter which was the best peanut butter I have ever had!

Sticky BBQ Lamb Ribs from Chicken World Peri Peri

This shop is called Chicken world so obviously they specialize in Chicken!
I went against the grain and got the lamb ribs!
To be honest, I curiously went in there and thought it was the usual fried chicken shop but the menu made me look twice with the lamb ribs which are normally pork!
I tried to order them but they didn't have it, so the next day I went in and they didn't have again.
So after asking, I found out that they only serve the lamb ribs on the weekends.

Went back again during the weekend and ordered 4 ribs and chips.
The ribs take some time but they were worth it.
I liked the way, the chips and ribs were separated so the chips do not get sticky.
The chips were not the star of the show but it was a big portion and I was impressed they were freshly fried and did not give the chips which were sitting there.

As expected the lamb ribs were meaty and delicious! They were not gamey.
The ribs were coated in light flour which was crispy and the bbq sauce was amazing which made these ribs fantastic.
It was smoky and not too sweet with a nice tang and the ribs were meaty with a slight chew.
Overall, I am so glad I tried.

Rating: 4/5

Also tried the BBQ wings which were a bit too sweet for my liking while it was quite spicy.

New M&S Chocolate gateaux

New M&S chocolate gateau spotted in the chilled section.

Greggs beef and Vegetable pasty

As I was a bit hungry, I went to Greggs and got a beef and vegetable pasty.
It was not bad but the filling was a bit like grounded meat paste.

Carob beans

Carob beans are famous for making locust bean gum and made into sweeteners.
