M&S Marks and Spencers Plant Kitchen Edamame & Black Rice Salad

Ever since I spotted this, I have always wanted to try it because there are so many exciting things in this salad like black rice, edamame etc.
The salad was really tasty as it was Japanese inspired with edamame mixed with wakame seaweed, then you have this really moreish chili cashew nut dip which I thought was pumpkin because of the colour which also had fragrant soy sauce and carrots.

I was even surprised to discover prized aromatic dried porcini mushrooms in the ingredients as well mirin wine which explains why the flavours were so bold and delicious.

Maryland cookie Treats Mint Choc Chip vs Maryland MINT TO BE review

New Maryland mint chocolate cookies which were 50p from one below.

I'm not a cookie/biscuit person but because they were mint chocolate so tried them.

I liked the minty chocolate flavour and the amount of chocolate chips were good.

It looks like there are two different versions because it is not the same as @johnssnackreviews version which has green choc chips just like the Lady gaga oreos where the US and UK version are different.

Just found out that today 19/2/2021 is national chocolate mint day in the US by @madeeats so this was an accidentally timely post.

Shortly after trying this, I tried Maryland MINT TO BE and they seemed to taste nicer because of the chocolate chips but the amount mint chocolate chips were a bit stingy that only a few cookies had them.

I had to take out all the cookies to get a good one with a visible green mint chip.

The innocent berry protein smoothie just tasted like a regular banana smoothie which was nice because I don't like the coconut being too prominent.

Sainsbury's Deliciously Free From Chocolate Mousse review

Vegan, gluten free, dairy free and egg free choc mousse from Sainsburys.

The fluffy light mousse texture was spot on but the sweetness killed it followed by hints of coconut and then the chocolate which should come first.

M&S Marks and Spencer Vegetable Samosa

At M&S, they have ready to eat samosas so this time I tried the vegetable one because I have tried the chicken tikka one.

Comparing the two, I prefer the chicken because the vegetable one was a bit plain and not as tasty but still better than other supermarket vegetable samosas.

M&S Marks and Spencers The Collection 10 Mini Burgers

Mini burgers (sliders) are always cute so tried the Marks and Spencers The Collection 10 Mini Burgers.

In the box, you get 10 burger patties, 10 mini buns and a sachet of sauce.

The little buns were rather firm in texture but then the firm texture makes then less fiddly to split in half.

After grilling the burgers and adding the sauce, these mini burgers were delicious thanks to the burger sauce which had refreshig sharp gherkin tones that made then moreish.
