[Review] M&S Marks and Spencers Cappuccino Sponge Roll

There are lots of sponge rolls at M&S like blackcurrant, apricot, lemon etc.
As I have not tried the Cappuccino Sponge Roll I decided to try it.
According to the box, it is a chocolate sponge with a coffee buttercream filling covered in thick milk chocolate.
Unfortunately, I found it too sweet and sugar.

[Review] M&S Marks and Spencers Oakham Chicken Legs

This is not the first time I have bought M&S Oakham chicken because they are simply good quality.
The chicken keeps well in the fridge and when they are roasted, the chicken is still soft, moist and supple.
As well as the texture, you will notice that it smells and tastes good.

[Review] M&S Marks and Spencers Milk Chocolate Tea Cakes

Chocolate tea cakes are a classic treat, it is a biscuit base topped with marshmallow and covered with chocolate.
At M&S, you can get the tubs or the snack version.
Since I have bought the tub before, I got the snack version this time which is just the same.
Each tea cake is deliciously good with a cup of tea.

[Review] M&S Marks and Spencers Garlic & Parsley Ciabatta Sticks

Tried the Marks and Spencers Garlic & Parsley Ciabatta Sticks just because it was Ciabatta.
They were quite hard before they were heated so the texture was hard and crunchy so quite different to your regular garlic bread.

[Review] M&S Marks and Spencers Eton Mess Dessert

Eton mess is a traditional English dessert that is believed to have originated from Eton College.
It was served at the annual cricket match.
The dessert is a mixture of strawberries, meringues and whipped cream.
Since M&S had this dessert, I decided to give it a try.
The presentation of the M&S version had fancy meringues while the eton mess I had at this other restaurant was topped with crushed meringues.
Usually the desserts at M&S are flawless but I must have got the odd one that was not good because the layers of mousse were dehydrated and chalky.
After seeing pictures of the M&S Eton Mess posted by others with distinct layers, I can confirm the one I got was not at its best.

[Review] Heinz First Steps no added sugar creamy peach & apricot porridge

I don't know if anyone else has a baby food fetish like I do but it's addictive and expensive.
This time I tried the Heinz first steps no added sugar creamy peach & apricot porridge which was comforting.
Strangely it was sweet without any sugars.
You can make the porridge runny or thick but personally I like it thick as a paste.
As for the price it was only 59p from one below which is a new discount store that opened recently.
Some baby porridges like cerelac are super sweet so I don't understand how babies can eat it.

[Review] M&S Marks and Spencers Roasted Red Pepper Houmous

At M&S, there are so many choices for houmous, red pepper is a popular one.
It was nice but the Piri piri houmous has stolen the show.
