I love guacamole so tried Marks and Spencers Guacamole which has smashed avocado with tomato, jalapeno, coriander & lime.
Overall, it was quite nice and different because it had lots of chunky avocado bits which makes it more satisfying.
I love Marks and Spencers soup range so I am gradually trying all of them.
This time tried the Marks and Spencers Smooth Cream of Tomato Soup which is probably the most basic one.
The taste was really memorable because it was really strong like tomato juice with a dash of cream mixed into it which makes it different to other cream of tomato soups.
Overall, I liked it because I liked it because it tasted a bit like tomato juice.
I love Victoria Sponges so got the Marks and Spencers Strawberry Victoria Sponge which has fresh cream.
It is just simply delicious because the sponge is light and buttery complemented by the generous whipped cream and jam filling.
Unfortunately, I don't have a picture of a slice because it was difficult to cut or perhaps I wasn't good at slicing it.
A while ago Co-op had these Strawberry Rose cones for Valentines day but I couldn't find them.
I didn't think they would restock them as Valentines day had already past.
On a recent visit in May, I was surprised to see them again so without hesitation I got them.
Coop Strawberry Rose Cones
They were so pretty so I ended up taking so many pictures before I ate it.
The cones were beautiful in the silver paper foil wrap as it went really well with the pink colour rose ice cream.
The rose ice cream was well protected by the dome shaped lid.
What was great about the Strawberry rose cones was that not only was it so beautiful but it tasted good.
Usually I am not confident with strawberry flavoured ice creams but the strawberry tasted natrual like freshly blended strawberry milkshake.
Beneath the strawberry icecream, the rest if vanilla icecream which gives it a nice balance in terms of colour and flavour.
The cone was green which my be off putting for some but as a food blogger, green is every where these days because of matcha and there are frankly more off putting colourful things these days like unicorn etc.
Overall, I was more than impressed with these Co-op Strawberry rose cones which are a must try!
Update May 2021:
A year later, they now sell these rose cones individually which makes sense because its quality and not quantity and great on a hot day if you are just out and about and want some ice cream without buying a box of four.
Marks and Spencers Count On Us Strawberry & raspberry Sundae is layers of strawberry and white chocolate mousse with raspberry compote and decorations.
It was actually quite ice because the strawberry mousse is natrual followed by a creamy fluffy white chocolate mousse contrasted by the tart raspberry compote at the bottom.

I love Cornish Pasties which are normally made with shortcrust pastry.
However, I decided to try Marks and Spencers Cornish Puff Pastry Pasties because it is made with puff pastry hence it won't be so heavy.
As well as the pleasing light pastry, the filling was equally as good.
I really enjoyed it because there was black pepper which livened it up and made it moreish.
The Marks and Spencers Plant Kitchen range is really impressive, there is so much on offer ranging from pizzas, burgers, pies to desserts.
I liked the idea of fries but I was hesitant on buying the Marks and Spencers Plant Kitchen Dirty Fries because I wasn't sure how the fries would turn out in the oven because if they have been fried beforehand then the texture won't come out good but if the fries are raw then the texture of the fries might get a bit crunchy after it has been baked.
Anyway, I decided to try it because of the sauce and it was surprisingly good.
There were a few fries that had that raw/crispy texture I was anticipating but overall the sauce was amazing because it was cheesy with a fiery kick from the spices and chilli.
The sauce was a heavenly blend of tomato bechamel sauce which was thick and gooey brought alive by the bay leaf and nutmeg.
