EDO pitted prunes

The labelling for these pitted prunes were interesting because it states no saccharin! Usually it is no sugar!

Anyway the taste of it was slightly sour and savoury which was weird.
But since this is an Asian brand it does not taste like the usual Western prunes I have come across because they do not taste savoury.

There were two prunes per pack!

Chinese coconut sweets

I hardly eat Chinese sweets but I just realised they have changed the sweet wrappers, they used to be wrapped in brightly coloured waxy paper wrappers.

Although coconut is white, the colour of these coconut flavoured sweets are brown.

Indonesian garlic peanut crunchies

Tried these coated peanuts which come convenient packed in small packs.
The peanuts inside are slightly smaller than the usual peanuts the coating on the outside is thicker which is really nice because it tastes really garlicky.

McDonalds: South Africa

McDonalds in South Africa
http://www.mcdonalds.co.za/

The website had English and it was the simplest website of all the McDonalds, there was nothing fancy about it!

Found two items of interest: Grilled chicken foldover and the vegetarian burger.

McCafe: Columbia

Same as the McDonalds in Columbia, there was nothing interesting except this:

The website was so boring and the food was boring, the only interesting item I found was the ice-cream.

Asiago DOP Cheese

Tried some Asiago DOP cheese which originates from Italy.

The one I bought was classified as young cheese which was soft.

Its taste was creamy and similar to Dairylea Triangle cheese spread, except it did not have that spreadable texture, it was firmer.
The taste was also quite salty too.
Although it was creamy, it was quite moreish.
