In terms of taste, they were amazing because they were spiced like a regular Lincolnshire sausage but the texture was not to my liking because the fibres were too elastic.
When I cut into the sausage, there were some really stringy bits inside and the texture was similar to those mock patties in Hong Kong made of mushroom stalks and whatever it is made of.
