Ruhn Chan Bitter melon tea

http://www.ruhn-chan.com.tw/

Although it is a Taiwanese drink, I was surprised they had ENGLISH on their website.

The drink I tried was the Bitter Melon tea! The sweetness was light and not syrupy at all.
It had the full strength of bitterness a natrual bitter melon would have.
Other drinks of this brand that I have tried:
Ruhn Chan Herbal Tea

McCafe in Taiwan

McDonalds in Taiwan

The McDonalds website for Taiwan was extremely boring and there was nothing interesting on the main menu.
However the menu for McCafe in Taiwan was slightly better.

The items I would like to try would be Taro vanilla cake and the raspberry mousse cake!

Taiwanese imitation abalone slices

Inmitation abalone made from Squid slices.
It tastes quite nice as an appetizer but if it is heated up, the texture becomes tough.

Taiwanese salted baby squids

Thought they were cute, so got them.
Luckily they were not spicy as stated on the packaging.
However they were extremely salty, so you need to soak/wash them before eating.
