Baxters Stay Full Broccoli, Salmon and Watercress Soup
Tried the Broccoli, Salmon and Watercress soup by Baxters Stay Full range.
I was very impressed by this soup and found it very wholesome.
It is different from other soups because it is about 30% soup and the rest of the 70% are the filling ingredients such as Celery, Broccoli, Onions, Leeks, Peas, Edamame Beans, Potatoes, Watercress, Pinto Beans, Salmon, Pearl Barley and Crème Fraiche.
The only disappointment was the Salmon, I was expecting more Salmon and the pieces of salmon were tiny!It was about the size of a 9mm cube and smaller than a pea.
But anyway the taste was really nice.

I was also expecting to find some whole pieces of broccoli too but it was finely chopped.

However there were lots of pulses.

Broccoli chips
Found another interesting snack, vacuum fried broccoli, which just looks like a dehydrated piece of broccoli.
I suppose it is more interesting than eating crisps and just a tad healthier eating a real piece of veg than reconstituted fried potato.
Next time, I would like to experiment putting dried cheese powder on it resulting in cheese broccoli in snack form.

This thai product also does other snacks too such as banana chips, pineapple chips, taro chips, okra chips.
The packaging was done very nicely, very western appeal with all the nutritional values, and at least with perfect English too.
