Cup Noodle’s 45th anniversary

Tried Nissin's Luxury Shark Fin cupnoodle and Softshell Turtle cupnoodle which are launched for Cup Noodle’s 45th anniversary.



It is interesting that these flavours are so Chinese and a delicacy claiming to contain at least 1000mg of collagen in the cupnoodles.

Softshell Turtle cupnoodle:



The soft shell turtle was quite nice because the soup tasted like Chinese herb soup and it was thick with wolfberries and tasty shitaake mushrooms.
However, I felt that is tasted better without the sachet of oil.

Shark Fin cupnoodle:




The Shark Fin was quite nice because the soup tasted like Chinese herb soup and it was thick with pieces of black fungus, bokchoy and wolfberries.
