MADE FOR DRINK English Heritage The Gentleman's Relish Potato Crisps

Spotted these MADE FOR DRINK English Heritage The Gentleman's Relish Potato Crisps at the Stonehenge gift shop so had to get them.
I would say these crisps taste like beef flavoured crisps with a stronger saltiness and overall flavour but lack the fishy element which is probably a relief for some.
Definitely worth trying as Gentleman's relish is lesser known these days. .
Gentleman's Relish (Patum Peperium) is an anchovy paste which you use sparingly on toast with salty notes!
The colour and smell is like crab tomalley with a salty and fishy kick which you either hate it or love like marmite.

Cheeze it snacks

Cheeze it snacks are now in UK.
Available in double cheese and cheese & chilli.
I went to the pop up and tried both flavours.
The texture is like crispy light airy crackers with a few air bubbles.
The cheese was is the usual powdered cheese taste with a sweet aftertaste and a bit of a powdery paste like those creamer things.
The chilli cheese one was interesting as not only was it cheesy and spicy but you can taste oregano it in too.

Sparkling tropicana zesty orange and tropical twist

Surprisingly refreshing and nice.

Niru chocolate falooda

Falooda is a drink with basil seeds and rose water.
Modern offerings include pistachio, chocolate etc.
There are various brands for chocolate falooda which can be found at some Morrisons. The one I tried was Niri which turned out really nice.
The chocolate base was good just like chocolate drinks many years ago before the ingredients were replaced with cheap sweeteners and cocoa.
Then you have bits of basil seeds and nata de coco which have a nice texture and do not add to the sweetness like other syrupy nata de cocos found in other drinks.
Overall. I am glad I tried this drink.
Bought for 1.50 on the 13/09/2024 at Asian shop but didn't notice the best before date had already passed by a month.

Patisserie Lidl pop up for fashion week featuring viral croissant Handbags by Nikolas Bentel

I visited Lidl's first ever London Fashion Week pop-up - Patisserie Lidl and hit the jackpot by bumping into Nikolas himself.
I bagged myself an almond croissant as well.
The macarons are a must as you can't normally buy them individually.
Patisserie Lidl will offer sweet, pastry treats and a limited number of Croissant Handbags from Friday13th September - Saturday 14th September, 9AM-4PM.

Soreen Sticky Toffee Loaf

Soreen sticky toffee loaf.
Spotted at Tescos for £1.60 and bought.
It never disappoints because I love that chewy and sticky texture.
Now it is a million times more delicious being a sticky toffee loaf.
It was delicious toasted with some whipped cream as it was crispy with a chew.
Also microwaved it with some custard and it was just as good, the soreen was soft and gooey.
