Spherika by Pescaviar at Specialty fine food fair 2023

As well as caviar, I was impressed by the range of Spherika by Pescaviar because as well as sweet pearls they also had fish pearls which were made with fish.
These fish pearls can definitely take dishes to the next level especially the seriously delicious pearls made with salmon which gave lovely bursts of liquid salmon.

Sun 365 Pineapple coconut 90% fresh fruit at Specialty fine food fair 2023

Tried this fruit bar by Sun 365 which was really impressive, there were two flavours pineapple coconut or mango.
The pineapple coconut delivered because you could taste it was natural but you could also taste banana in it as well.
Overall, I really liked it because it didn't have sweeteners which make you want to throw it away.

Harry Ramsdens Mushy Pea Topped Battered Cod Fillets

Again, same play as the topped fishcakes which debuted at M&S and other supermarkets.
Harry Ramsdens have been revving it the past couple of years with his fantastic chippy range exclusive to Iceland.
I finally got something from the frozen range because it seemed worthy of trying which was the Mushy Pea Topped Battered Cod Fillets.
As expected they were lush with salt and vinegar.
You got that silky fish and then the tasty mushy peas on top all inside this crispy batter.
The only thing I would have liked was to have the fish skin included because it has so much natural fishy flavours.

Nissin Five spices beef flavour cup noodles

The Nissin Five spices beef flavour cup noodles seem to be new as I don't seem to have seen them before.
They turned out really nice as it was full of flavour and complex spices.

Nissin Teriyaki ramen style cup noodle (UK)

Strangely, I did not like this flavour of cup noodles but it was nice there were dehydrated edamame beans.
I found the broth viscous and slimey.
It was sweet tasting so I did not like it.

Knorr Flavours of France - Sour Cream fusilli - Smaki Świata Paryż Świderki ze śmietaną i szczypiorkiem

Knorr Smaki Świata Paryż Świderki ze śmietaną i szczypiorkiem (Knorr Flavours of France - Sour Cream fusilli) review

These pasta pots are evidently popular at the Polish shops because many people buy them.
After finally trying one, I can see why.
I did not look into what flavour I was trying beforehand because I wanted the taste to be a surprise.
It was definitely tasty and the impressive thing is that every piece of fusilli hydrated well and the texture was soft and not crispy like other brands.
The chives were generous that every mouthful you could feel them.
As for the taste it was creamy and savoury which was to my liking however there was a slight strange aftertaste from the creamer but it wasn't offending.
Overall, I really liked it.
After googling it, it turns out to be a French inspired flavour related to sour cream and fritters which matches the taste.

Belbake custard

Another brand of commercial ready made custard.
It was nice hot or cold and pourable at any temperature.
