As a mac and cheese fan, I got this to try as it was quite different to their regular Asian inspired range.
Although, the Mac N Cheese was seriously good the instructions defeat the purpose of being a convenience product.
The taste of this was creamy yet full of umami which you don't or shouldn't get from mac and cheese but it was oddly nice, it was like American style mac with a bit of msg/chicken powder kick to it.
Anyway, back to the instructions which seriously need a rant!!
There were at 6 steps to follow so it is not as straight forward as adding water or slapping it in the microwave/oven.
To be honest, I didn't expect it needed the microwave!
It was so annoying you had to put it in the microwave, let it stand, stir, microwave again, let it stand again before you could eat it!
I was so hungry and impatient, I ended up eating other stuff to forget about it and something I cooked in the halogen oven was ready before the bloody mac.
