Daijia Sesame sauce stirred noodles 大甲乾面 - 麻酱

Taiwan is famous for noodles and Daijia is another brand.
Overall, I loved the noodles but I felt that the sesame paste was a bit thick and dry.

Yeo Valley Organic Fresh Custard Vanilla

Yeo Valley are famous for yoghurts but now they have tapped into other dairy products like milk, butter etc.
Launched last October was the fresh vanilla custard.
I finally tried them and was really impressed because of the taste.
It was seriously delicious custard coming from Yeo Valley.
I know the colour is a bit pale but it tastes so good on its own that you wouldn't really want to share even though it serves two.
I felt that it was as good as the M&S custard but not as sweet and definitely tasted natural.

Taste comes first so I appreciate how refreshing it was and not too sweet infused wiht acerola cherry powder and natrual caffeine which was fast acting.

Jammie Dodgers Cola Bottle

Just like most of the other Jammie Dodger flavours, it contains apple jam.
If you are a fan of cola bottles then the filling tastes exactly like that!

Waitrose Mexican inspired cornbread

It's summer again and there are so many summery treats at Waitrose.
I ended up getting the Mexican inspired cornbread which is filled wiht pulled beef at the bottom.
I wasn't sure how this was going to taste but I found it a bit too sweet because of the sweetcorn but after chilli sauce was add the whole thing was much nicer.
Basically it is soft with a crispy top and then you have quality beef at the base.

Wenzels croisnuts, Victoria sponge whoopie and sausage roll review

It has been a while since I visited Wenzels.
The only reason I visited again was for the croisnuts, Victoria sponge whoopie and the sausage roll.
I was captivated by the cherry bakewell and strawberry and cream croisnut.

Both of the croisnuts were quite firm and not as airy as other ones I have tried.
Apart from that both were really tasty especially the cherry bakewell.
The strawberry and cream was also superb because of the jam but the only thing I did not like was the alternative cream which brings me back to the days of terrible synthetic cream.

The Victoria Sponge whoopie was a total disappointment as the sponge was too dry and hard.

The sausage was how it should be so I wouldn't mind getting it again but it is much pricier than Greggs.

Zhong Wang Twist cookies 众望奶油味小麻花

Someone brought these snacks over which were really intriguing in appearance as they looked like twisted rods.
To my surprise, these biscuit sticks were really moreish and not too sweet.
They tasted just like Rich Tea biscuits with a hint of coconut which makes them perfect with tea.
The rod shape is perfect for dunking.
