Tesco British Pork Sliced Liver
At a visit to Tesco, the pork liver was reduced so grabbed two boxes and made liver soup with rice noodles inspired by Wai Kee in Sham shui po.

Squid Brand Fish Sauce 鮮魚標 香甜魚露
Fish sauce can be aromatic or it can be pungent depending on quality.
I must say I am bowled over by Squid Brand fish sauce which was so fragrant.
It tasted amazing on stir fried udon with chicken.
Debowa Polska Vodka 70cl Syringe
Size matters and I love this huge syringe filled with vodka spotted at Mlecko for 32.99.
As well as syringes they have bullets and fire extinguishers.

Beautiful and delicious unsuspectingly vegan cakes from Sponge Cake Ltd
At IFE 2022, I was particulary drawn to Sponge Cake Ltd.
The look was so fabulously British and of course the range of English cakes like the Victoria and carrot cake.
The look was so fabulously British and of course the range of English cakes like the Victoria and carrot cake.
As well as the cakes, I fell in love with the mini cakes that come in a cube shaped box which make them ideal for tea or as part of an afternoon tea set.
I was given some samples to take home which I just couldn't wait to try.
Finally tried them and they turned out as good as expected.
The amazing thing was I didn't know they were vegan until I looked at the box and ingredients closely so you can imagine how good these cakes are.
The texture was moist and cakey.
The speculoos brownie was another fantastic treat as it was nice and gooey when I reheated it.
MooStix dairy and non dairy milk for drinks
I love these portioned on the go milk pounches which can be easily stored and tamper proof.
They are colour coded and come in dairy or non dairy which is much better than the old plastic pots.
Discovered these at IFE2022 at the onemilegroup booth.
Tony's Choco Lonely chocolate review
Tony's Choco Lonely chocolate is another amazing chocolate!
I love Tony's Choco Lonely because they are colourful with a distinct look and clearly labelled on the yellow stripe.
There are so many flavours to choose from so there is something for everyone.
The dark almond sea salt was so moreish and it tastes exactly how it is labelled ie you can taste the saltiness and well as the fine almond pieces.
The milk chocolate was similar to Galaxy being smooth and silky but I found it a bit sweet so knowing that I believe I will love their dark chocolate.

Although the chocolate bars have a unique pattern, you can't get even chocolate pieces when you break the bar.
These bars were free of charge from the vending machine at B Corp pop up shop in London.

McVities Digestive Slices: Chocolate & Caramel Millionaires slice
McVities Digestive Slices have been around for ages but I haven't tried them until now!
Visually they really remind me of the caramel square slices at school so I was quite excited in trying them.
In a way, they were comfortingly similar.
You can think of them as slices with a thick digestive biscuit base which is slightly soft and moist topped with chocolate.
The caramel millionaire slice is really similar but there is an extra layer of caramel beneath the chocolate.
Overall, they were both nice but I preferred the millionaire slice because of the caramel.
