Tesco Cheese & Onion bakes (Frozen)

When you can't get pasties and bakes overseas, the Tesco frozen options are a good fix.
Priced £1.20 it costs $30.9-32.9 in Hong Kong which is equivalent to £3.29.

Labelled as Mature Cheddar and red Cheddar cheese and onion filling wrapped in puff pastry with finely diced onion.

Overall, they were really comforting and nice and cheesy.

Torres Selecta Crisps : Iberian Ham Jamon Iberico, Sparkling wine and caviar

A few years ago I got these Spanish brand of crisps which were really impressive.

I never thought that you could get quality crisps in Spain!

Torres have so many flavours and I tried the Iberian Ham Jamon Iberico, Sparkling wine and caviar.

There is also truffle but it is expensive.

The sparkling wine is memorable because of the popping candy.

For the Iberian ham, you get an aftertaste which is like fat bits of Iberico ham melting in ur mouth.

The crisp texture wasn't too hard but I think the Mediterranean Salt flavour is going to taste better. 

Last but not least the caviar is the best as there are bits of dehydrated caviar in it.

Hoping to try the fried egg one day.

Sainsbury's On the Go This Isn't a Chicken Tikka Roll

I am so glad I got the [This Isn't a Chicken Tikka Roll]

It is labelled as filled with THIS™ Isn't chicken tikka seasoned soya pieces, vegan mayo, spinach, tomatoes, cucumber, tikka paste, mango chutney, red onion, coriander and mint in a white bread roll with added turmeric and black onion seeds.

The roll was warmed in the microwave for 40 seconds just to soften up the bun and so that the filling wasn't too cold.

Overall, I was impressed because the texture of the chicken pieces were actually like tender chicken breast pieces and the tasty mayo and kuchumba as a whole took it to the next level.

It was good that Sainsburys have used This Isn't Chicken in this roll which meant I got to try this brand as well as their on the go rolls.

Tesco Salted caramel sponge pudding

Another comforting pudding sold around Christmas which I got after the sales.
Very tasty with custard.

Mr Kiplings Stem Ginger Slices

The Mr Kipling stem ginger slices were launched in 2018.
Overall, they were really delicious with a sweet gingery kick in contrast to that lovely soft cake and icing.

Sainsbury's sticky toffee mug cake mixes

I love cake mixes because you can just add the ingredients and microwave it.

The sticky toffee mug cake was really good and it was decadent without the toffee sauce.

In the end I just baked them all in the oven as well to see how it fared.

Tesco Vanilla Slices (frozen)

When you can't get fresh cream slices overseas, the Tesco frozen vanilla slices are a good option.
Priced £2.25, it costs $30.9-32.9 in two different shops in Hong Kong which is equivalent to £3.29
It was Layers of puff pastry filled with strawberry and apricot sauces and a vanilla flavour filling, topped with a layer of fondant and chocolate flavour sauce.
Overall, it was a really good sweet fix but the fondant can stick to the box.
