M&S Plant kitchen no turkey feast / Turkey Feast & Gluten Free Turkey Feast review

At M&S, they have a great options for festive turkey sandwiches so I tried them all.

Firstly, there is the regular turkey feast then there is a gluten free option as well as a no turkey feast.

I believe the Plant Kitchen no turkey feast is the same no turkey feast in 2019 before they developed the Plant Kitchen range.

Anyway, the regular turkey feast is really comforting with cranberry sauce and stuffing.

The gluten free regular turkey feast is much the same but on gluten free bread.

For the NO TURKEY feast, it has seasoned roasted soya that has been marinated with sage, garlic, salt and pepper.

As well as that, there was delicious cranberry chutney, caramelised onion and sage dressing and fresh spinach.

It was definitely delicious and I wouldn't have suspected it was was vegetarian.

Free hot chocolate at Dr. Barbara Sturm

While I was Mayfair, I was drawn to this girly pink cart which happened to be serving complimentary hot chocolate.

There were two different hot chocolates: the Connaught Patisserie Signature Hot Chocolate or a limited edition Dr. Barbara Sturm Anti-Inflammatory Hot Chocolate blend.

I tried both and liked the limited edition Dr. Barbara Sturm Anti-Inflammatory Hot Chocolate blend which was less sweet and made with plant milk.

As well as the hot chocolate, Dr. Barbara Sturm has this amazing snow storm display at the front.

Heura is a brand from Barcelona that specializes in plant based meats.

I found out about them at the food expo in London!

This Christmas, they are giving away 5000 vegan turkey sandwiches at a pop up shop near Leicester Square station.

These sandwiches are made by "made in Hackey" featuring a meat-free turkey with rosemary and thyme seasoning, along with cranberry-infused, egg-free mayonnaise. Herby parmentier potatoes, crispy onions, pickled red cabbage, mushroom gravy, and vegan sausage are featured too.

I got my hands on one of these delicious sandwiches and the best thing is that you can't really tell it is vegan and all the ingredients in the sandwich are amazing especially the parmentier potatoes and pickled red cabbage to the mayonnaise and gravy.

nurishh popup at Spitalfields giving away free samples

nurishh is a alternative brand of vegan cheese and recently they had a popup at Spitalfields for people to sample their products.

I went along as I have not tried their products.

They had delicious pizzas, mac and cheese and this amazing no cheesecake.

The no cheesecake had to be the best as it was creamy and not too sweet with a decadent coconut flavour to it.

Sadly they ran out of the vegan Camembert so didn't try that but everything else was all good.

 

Galaxy limited edition hot chocolate pods

Again, Christmas is one of my favourite times of the year when all the festive treats come out!

This time it was the galaxy hot chocolate pods where you get an assortment of gingerbread galaxy, white galaxy, regular galaxy and caramel galaxy.

Overall they were all good but the white galaxy was definitely a surprise, it was creamy and milky without being too sweet.

The gingerbread galaxy had a nice hint of spices.

Morrisons Apple & Gingerbread Flavour Smoothie

I love Christmas when everything is gingerbread so when I spotted the Apple & Gingerbread flavour smoothie by Morrisons I had to get it.
It is made with apples and bananas as well as coconut milk.
The taste was quite sweet but the cinnamon and coconut touch was nice.
Overall, you can think of it tasting like an apple colada.

Beautiful snow installation outside Hedonism Wines

I was in Mayfair and discovered Hedonism Wines because they had this beautiful snow installation outside with a gorgeous snowman and a red post box with icicles.
Hedonism is a fine shops that houses a good range of spirits and wines.

The staff were really nice and offered to help me take photos with the snow man as well as taking really professional photos.
