M&S Marks and Spencers lightly dusted plaice

Lunch with this super tasty lightly dusted plaice fillet from @marksandspencer
It was so good I had two in one go.

The plaice was beautifully filleted to the extent that the dorsal part was intact.

M&S Marks Spencer Plant kitchen extra firm tofu

I love tofu especially extra firm tofu.
Tofu originates from the East where it is soft and silky but in the West we prefer the firm texture.
One of my favourite tofus so far because of the texture and it was much better than the lidl one launched for Asian week.

It was delicious as a panini filling as well as in a soup.
 

M&S Marks Spencer Lemon pancakes

After trying the banana pancakes, I decided to try the lemon pancakes from @marksandspencer
These were special because of the lemon pearls.
The lemon pearls were like small blobs of lemon curd/paste and very different to boba pearls.
So overall it was another subtle pancake with a light lemon flavour.

M&S Marks Spencer mini banana pancakes

I'm not a banana fan but tried these because they were Marks.
The pancakes were surprisingly good as they were not too sweet and the banana was natural.

M&S Marks Spencer Limelon

Last year, M&S had limelons in the fruit section and this year you can now buy them ready to eat and already cut into pieces.

I love this idea being able to buy ready to eat speciality fruits because less is more for everyone so it is a win win situation for the consumer and M&S.

From one melon, you can probably get 2-3 boxes which means more people buying if successfully sold vs selling an individual melon and same goes for the profits.

There is a mental block buying it home then cutting it up because to some people this is such a task.

Definitely more people will be trying the limelon due to convenience.

Finally tried the limelon which is just melon with a lime taste.

I admit that I knew it was going to taste like lime but it still gave me a surprise because melon by default is sweet so the lime taste to it made it memorable.

You can think of it like melon soaked in lime!

M&S Marks Spencer Blue corn and Sweet potato tortilla chips

Earlier this year, M&S launched a good range of vegan and healthy snacks and the blue corn and sweet potato tortilla chip were part of it.

Overall healthy and addictive.

M&S Marks Spencer Fresh Spaghetti

I love pasta, be it fresh or the packet form.
This time tried the M&S version which serves six.

I simply had it with tomato to appreciate the spaghetti and it was really nice.
