Tesco Sweet & Sour Chicken Chinese Style Chicken Curry review

As I have tried the Chinese at M&S, I decided to try the Tesco Sweet & Sour Chicken Chinese Style Chicken Curry meal for one.
I got them because of the thin noodles which turned out to be horrible.
Firstly the noodle compartment was elevated at the base which gave you an oily mouthful when you got to the end.
Secondly the shaoxing wine they used in the noodles was very bitter and harsh.
If you have tried the shaoxing wine at M&S, it is fragrant and brings out the lovely flavours.
As for the curry and sweet and sour, they were both quite sweet, the curry wasn't bad but the sweet and sour lacked pineapple taste despite the label states that it is in a pineapple sauce.

milka philadelphia cream cheese find

Philadelphia cheese has been around for ages but to stay in the game over the recent years, there are so many tempting flavours like salmon and Jalapeno.
Thank you @therealfoodprofessor for the Cadbury cream cheese post which led me to Milka Philadelphia.
Personally I prefer Cadbury but milka could also be good.

Rusters Cook in the box burgers

If you have tried Rustlers before, you will know that their burgers are really convenient already but they also have Cook in the Box burgers where it saves you toasting the buns separately and microwaving the patty.

All you do is just put the whole thing in the microwave.

Sainsbury's White Pittas review

I love pittas so this time tried Sainsburys Pittas which were reduced from 35p to 10p.
The texture of these pittas were great and had a slight chew to them when toasted.
They were absolutely delish with houmous.

Sainsbury's Taste the difference Chicken Tikka Masala with Pilau Rice

I have not had many ready meals from Sainsburys so this time tried the  Sainsbury's Taste the difference Chicken Tikka Masala with Pilau Rice.

In terms of portion, it looked big and there was a fair bit of chicken.

The chicken was tender and tasty in a creamy spiced tomato sauce that lacked heat.

Although it wasn't too spicy, I really liked it.

M&S marks spencers Yorkshire Blue

Yorkshire Blue cheese is a blue cheese made by the award winning Shepherds Purse Creamery in Yorkshire using fresh local cow's milk.

Matured to develop a mild blue flavour wiht a tangy finish and smooth creamy texture.

I liked the saltiness and creaminess of this cheese.

Asian Street style Vietnamese beef pho review

As a pot noodle fan I have always wanted to try the Asian street style pot noodle but its pricier than the regular pot noodle.

Finally tried it but I think I chose the wrong flavour to try because the aniseed flavours were a bit weird.

The noodles when soft break easily.
