[Review] M&S Marks and Spencers Udon noodles

As I have not tried the Udon from M&S, I just grabbed some for the evening.
They were easy to cook in the pan and I just added some Sichuan oil and oyster sauce and the udon tasted good.
The texture of the udon was firm and chewy.

Quorn cocktail sausages

I love Quorn and the Quorn cocktail sausages were simply delicious.
They were full of flavour and seasoned like a regular sausage with a fatty sausage texture without the gristle bits.

Chinese New Year 2021 with Kee Wah Bakery

It's the year of the Ox in a few weeks time.

This year Kee Wah Bakery has launched an adorable panda sweet box filled with signature candies from Kee Wah such as nougats, walnut chews etc.

I love the assorted egg rolls with coconut, butter, coffee, sesame, ginger and seaweed or you can get combos at the store.

The panda glass jar is lovely for storing anything.

Chinese New year will not be complete without a savoury pudding and Kee Wah is definitely in the game with this nutritious and healthy Vegetarian pudding with Chinese Yam and assorted mushrooms.

It is colourful and delicious with pumpkins and aromatic morel mushrooms.

Last but not least is the sweet Chinese new year pudding with ginger juice and dark brown sugar that will give you a sweet start to the new year.

Ginsters Vegan Quorn Pasty

I love pasties, so this time tried the Ginsters vegan Quorn pasty.
To be honest, it just tasted like your ordinary Quorn pasty laced with peppercorns.
The ironic thing is that there are so many comments that the regular one does not contain much meat that it is almost meatless.

Overall, the Vegan Quorn pasty was good.

Galaxy vegan fruit and nut chocolate review and Vegan galaxy, regular galaxy finds

At room temperature the Galaxy vegan fruit and nut chocolate just tasted sugary and the texture was soft and lacked a good snap.

Not so new, but here is the vegan galaxy range:
