Nestle kitkat chunky hazelnut

This had a fragrant hazelnut smell when you opened the wrapper.
Although it was quite sweet,  it was enjoyable.

Durian muesli

Durian is normally eaten as it is or as a dessert.
Noticed this product in a food mart because of the cup but it happens to be durian muesli and not a drink.

Inside there were two sachets.
I was expecting one sachet with everything inside it.
So if you don't like muesli, you could just add hot water and the silver sachet and you would have hot durian drink.

Anyway, the sachet of durian was quite pungent when you opened it.

The overall taste was good because it was not too sweet with a hint of durian that was pleasant and not artificial but it was slightly disappointing because there were no durian bits in it.

Pringles with dips

Pringles are addictive and you can’t stop eating them when you start.
They have these pringles that come with dips and there are three different dips:
Honey mustard, Ranch and Jalapeno and cheese.

I got the Jalapeno and cheese dip to try and regretted not getting the ranch.

The dip is quite decent and you get quite a fair bit for a half tube of pringles and it had a nice cheddar taste with a spicy kick to it.

The only thing that annoyed me were the pringles because they kept snapping everytime I dipped them.

Nissin Sio cup noodles

To be honest I can’t read Japanese so I don’t quite know what flavour this is but the labelling at the supermarket reads olives but Sio also means salt in Japanese.

There are grilled pieces of meat in the cup which I think are chicken and there are pieces of potato and beans.

The taste was quite nice but if it was olive, I would say the olive taste was quite light.

Nestle Mega Mint chocolate stick

I liked the mint icecream in the middle but I didn’t like the cheap chocolate coating on the outside with crispy nuts on it.

Beryl’s Tiramisu almond milk chocolate

Got these from a friend who went to Malaysia.
The chocolate almonds have a really buttery taste with a hint of coffee.

IDAHOAN mashed potatoes

I love mashed potatoes so got the IDAHOAN instant mash.
There were quite a few flavours but I got the four cheese and the bacon & cheddar chipotle.

Both were quick and easy, ready to eat after adding hot water.

The four cheese didn’t really smell nice but it tasted good but it wasn’t really cheesy as anticipated.

The bacon & cheddar chipotle was a bit too salty and smoky with a hint of spicy kick to it.

Tried the IDAHOAN mashed potatoes again in 2021, this time tried the cheese & bacon, cheddar cheese which were really good.

I felt that the butter made the mash quite substantial but overall cheese & Bacon is my favourite.
