GOLDKENN Finest Swiss liquor chocolate

The packaging for these Goldkenn liquor filled chocolates were quite nice.
It comes in three flavours: Whisky, Grand Marnier and Remy Martin.

Personally I liked the Whisky and Grand Marnier.

The chocolate bar has ridges so it is easy to break up.

The only thing I did not like was the formation of sugar crystals in the chocolate and the taste of the chocolate was not very impressive.

Lotte Charlotte Apple Jam and brandy Chocolate

When I saw these cute sticks of chocolates, I just had to get them.
The box was nice and slim and these chocolates are filled with jam inside.

I tried the apple one and it was very delicious and fruity with a hint of brandy.
There are four sticks inside and wrapped nicely.

There is also a strawberry and wine flavour too.

Tokuno 8.2 Rum Raisin Flavoured Milk Candy

These sweets had a strong milk and creamy taste, however the taste of Rum was extremely light.

The packaging of the sweets was quite nice, it is a slim sliding tray.

Hokkaido-Yo Sweet Purple potato

Tried the new Sweet purple potato flavour in the Hokkaido Yo series.
The taste was interesting, there was a strong sweet purple potato essence taste and it was also slightly sour as well because of the yogurt.
I really liked it because sweet purple potato is always sweet and this time it was made into froyo so it tasted difference with the sourness.

Other flavours I have tried in the Hokkaido-Yo series:

Sachima

My friend got me these Sachimas from Foshan and they were surprisingly nice.

I have not had much of these before because they looked big and I thought the texture was hard, but surprisingly they are soft.

This particular one was not too sweet so I loved it, some have dessicated coconut on it too.

It is also chewy as well, so I really enjoyed eating it.

There is a distinctive smell with these Chinese pastries but I do not know which ingredient that is.
I find this smell in other Chinese pastries especially the fried ones.

Sachima, also called Shaqima is a common Chinese pastry found in many Chinese-speaking regions. Each regional cuisine has its own slightly different variation of this food, though the appearance of all versions is essentially the same.
