Rowntree's Jelly-Tastic Mini Egg Bar

Rowntree's Jelly-Tastic Mini Egg Bar
Bought this for fun and it turned out quite nice but not enough jellies per chocolate piece.
Mostly found blackcurrant ones.
The chocolate was really nice like galaxy and the jellies had a really nice tough chew to them.
There were a few orange ones which made it taste like nice chocolate orange.
Isolated two of the gummies just to see what shape they were for fun.

Kaymak, Turkish clotted cream!!

There are so many brands, packed in tubs or can.
I got the Istanbul Taze Rulo Kaymak because it is a pretty roll of clotted cream.
Had it with Christmas pudding which was quite nice.

Melis kaymak clotted cream.
Just trying another brand of kaymak.
The texture is not sticky or gooey like English clotted cream.

Free seafood scoops from Kraken Rum

Kraken Rum, an alcoholic beverage did a tour giving out free sea scoops.
I got my hands on one at Battersea as well as the Kraken rum cola.
It is literally what the menu says, ie taramasalata in a cone topped with caviar and a piece of monster munch.

McVities 100th anniversary birthday bash!

Lots of fun and prizes to be won.
Love the cute biscuit keyrings and the connect 4 game with biscuit counters.
I won the sweater.
Round the fun off with some DIY treats or the glam ones from the cabinet.

New York Bakery Co Everything NYC bagels

I love it when New York Bakery Co does a new bagel.
This time it was the Everything NYC bagels which is topped with lots of things.
It was really tasty because of the onion seeds and lush with marmite.

New GU cake pots

GU desserts have launched these new cake pots featuring Victorian sponge, chocolate fudge and Coffee Hazelnut.
On promotion for £2.50 at TESCOS which is a really good deal because recently I got one single cake pot for £2.95 and you get two glass ramekins which can be reused.
Anyway, I got the coffee hazelnut which was really good.
If you like like a good tiramisu with a strong coffee and marsala kick, this is for you and you can taste the hazelnut as well.
The layer of cake is rather thin so not quite a cake pot for me.
The top layer of hazelnut creme is thick and silky that melts in your mouth consistent with their gu pud range.
So overall worth trying and hopefully the other flavours will deliver too.
It is labelled as a coffee sponge topped with hazelnut creme sprinkled with cocoa biscuit crumbs.

Greggs reusable cup £3.50

Discovered this stylish Gregg reusable cup which was only £3.50 so had to get it.
If you normally buy hot drinks they cost around £2.70 so its like buying a drink at greggs for 80p extra and you get the cup.
