Sidnej Fergesa me gjize (Albanian curd and peppers)

I don't recall having tried any Albanian food before but this jar of Sidnej Fergesa me gjize caught my eyes because it was red with white bits in it which looked like curd/cottage cheese.
Upon closer look, the English ingredients state: curd, pepper, olive oil and black pepper which is something that seems tasty.
I reckon if there was tomato and onions, it would be even tastier.
Anyway, instinct tells me that it would go well with bread so I got some Polish onion and poppy seed flatbread which went really well with it.
It was also delicious with egg noodles and fries.
The texture of the curd reminded me of Indian Egg Bhurji.
A bit pricey at 5.99 but well worth it without having to travel to Albania.

Peters Epic Rolls Cheese burger/Classic hotdog/lip lickin chicken and gravy

Spotted these rolls because of the colourful packaging where they are meat rolls are filled with sauces like ketchup, gravy etc.
I didn't have any expectations because its junk food.
As expected, I loved the concept but expect sludgy cheap filling.
Saying that the beef is tasty as its not really beef in texture.
The ketchup was too sweet for the hot dog.
Overall, I wouldn't buy again but tried because they were filled with sauces.

Tesco toffee apple/belgian chocolate sponge pudding

Who doesn't love puddings. Tescos have two new sponge puddings Toffee apple and Belgian chocolate.
Personally I liked the toffee apple where you can smell the toffee but there wasn't much of the toffee apple compote at the bottom.
It reminded me of eves pudding from M&S which has apple compote and also served upside down.
The chocolate was ok, just your bog standard chocolate pud with a rich chocolate sauce.

Tesco confetti trifle cake

Spotted the new Tesco confetti trifle cake so had to try it.
Although it is new, it is similar to the trifle gateau cake bar and the strawberry cake at Iceland so probably made by the same manufacturer.
I loved the cake base, strawberry filling and the fluffy cream on top.

itsu rice noodles chilli miso

I don't get the green theme which is the opposite of chilli.
Anyway, thankfully it was not that spicy.

Quaker Protein Peanut butter flavour

You can really smell that peanut butter and taste it too.
It would taste nice with some caramel.

Lidl Deluxe lobster tails: Garlic butter/Garlic prosecco butter

Lidl Lobster tails are available every Christmas and I wish I tried earlier because they are really good.
You can choose from garlic butter or garlic and prosecco butter.
I found the lobsters moist, springy and tasty without the butter as they are salty on its own so I used the butter on bread.
The only difficulty is the lobster meat sticks to the shell, other than that all good.
The lobster shells are not that hard so you can easily use your hands to remove the shell.
