Greggs Cherry Bakewell Muffin

Popped into Greggs and discovered a new Cherry Bakewell Muffin.
It definitely stood out because it had a pretty red white polka dot wrap contrasted by the while icing and bright red glacier cherry.
As a cherry bakewell fan, I had to get it.
Taking a bite, I was already impressed as it was not too sweet yet there were bits of chopped up cherries in the muffin.
To my surprise, there was cherry jam at the bottom which was infused with an almond taste.
Overall, I would really recommend this.

Aldi’s Next Big Things Flake Bake Jamaican beef patty

I love pasties so I just couldn't wait to get my hands on the Flake Bake Jamaican beef patty.
It was definitely moreish because of the fiery Scotch bonnet peppers.
The only thing I didn't like was the pastry because it left my tongue coated with a waxy film.

Lidl Garlic pretzel puff

The Lidl Garlic pretzel puff looked interesting so gave it a go.
There were only three left at the shop which didn't look great but as I couldn't be bothered to shop the next day, I just got one.
The problem was that they didn't look puffed up.
It tasted like garlic bread and it was quite salty and oily.
The one I got was a dud because it was quite dense which can be seen.

M&S cream filled yumnuts

A year ago I said that M&S should do cream filled yumnuts and they really do!!
Not just one offering but three to choose from: strawberries and cream, caramelized biscuit and lemon meringue.

M&S green goddess dip

There are so many dips to the next level at M&S with hot salmon, pastrami, Caesar and Indian style

It was really deciding but as a fish lover, I got the green goddess because it has parsley and dill which would go nice with fish.
Ended up having it with a discreetly discounted birdseye fish from Coop and it was delicious.
The sour cream was a little bit overwhelming.

KREMTURO Sweet cottage cheese

Milli kremturo sweet cottage cheese.
To be honest, I did not know you could get sweet cottage cheese until I ran into this Hungarian Milli brand.
Other than cloyingly sweet, it was ok and the flavours were interesting.
