Shaken Udder Strawberries & Cream clotted cream milkshake and chocolush

I have always wanted to try the Shaken Udder milkshake range because they look indulgent.
The Strawberries & Cream clotted cream milkshake was on offer so I tried it.
The idea was nice but the sweetness overpowered the strawberries so it was a little disappointing but I liked the thickness of the milkshake.
To be fair, I think I would have liked it if I tried a different flavour such as vanilla or salted caramel.

Unfortunately, I tried the chocolush which was also the same story!
It was too sweet.

Magija Quark Bar with dark Chocolate

I am glad I gave the quark bar a second chance.
The Magija version was so nice compared to the inedible lidl version.
It was velvety yet melts in your mouth with a chocolate yoghurt taste.
Overall rich but the yoghurty style quark balances it nicely.

Taste Inc 100% Chargrilled chicken fillet original

It was the first time purchasing these ready to eat chicken fillets so I was not sure what to expect.
I was surprised you get what you paid for.
Inside, you get real fillets inside ie the bit inner fillet under the chicken breast.
Overall, I really liked it because I love the inner fillet and boy you can really taste the chargrilled taste.

Aidan fruit and seeds of selim

As well as food I love getting my hands on interesting things.
This time I got some aidan fruit and seeds of selim from the local African shop.
Seeds of selim are meant to be a African pepper according to the net which I shall try later.
Aidan fruit (perkese) is a dried bean which is similar to starfruit in shape.
You can get them whole dried or grounded powder.
It is said to help regulate blood sugar levels, Antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties, Lowers blood pressure, Boosts the immune system, Weight loss and anti-aging properties.

M&S D'eclair my Love raspberry eclair

For some reason, it reminded me of their best ever eclair.
Anyway, loved the name of this as it suited the occaison perfectly well however I found the eclair too soft to handle.
The cream and raspberry didn't balance quite right so it was not in harmony.

ASDA Toffee Bakewell tarts

I seem to find ASDA products a hit or miss and the toffee bakewell tarts were a miss for me.
They looked so captivating so I had to get them but unfortunately I found them too sickly and the pastry was too thick.
The presentation has changed, it used to be decorated with a square piece of fudge in 2019 for 85p and now it is decorated with candy for 1.

Ambrosia ready to eat porridge review

My favourite Premier Foods have launched Ambrosia ready-to-eat porridge pots available in Original, Raspberry, and Golden Syrup flavours, with the range rolling out this month.
Asda was the first to stock them but it has been hard trying to get them at various branches and it seemed that they were not stocked for long.
I spotted the raspberry but I was after the original so I waited because the original would be good to see how it tastes.
Finally got the original and I was so glad I got it.
Although it was expensive I really liked it because in this day and age, it is hard to cook up a bowl of porridge.
The Ambrosia version was thick and creamy at ambient temperature, if you warm it up a little it won't be as thick.
Tried it ambient and warm and I preferred it ambient and adding jam or chocolate shavings to it made it taste amazing.
