alpen light cherry bakewell cereal bar

I don't really eat cereal bars but the cherry bakewell by Alpen was my favourite.

Huge Marmite bottle puzzle

Spotted this Marmite puzzle by Gibsons at Robert Dyas a few years ago!
At that time I really wanted it because of the huge jar.
Finally ended up getting it because I spotted it at Barnados for 4.50.
To be honest, I didn't have any hopes of a complete puzzle inside being second hand but I really wanted to jar!
Since I already bought the puzzle, I decided to complete the puzzle which proved challenging because of the solid blacks and yellows.
The good thing is that it double sided so once you have formed the MARMITE part at the bottom, I turned the remaining pieces over and did it that way.
There was only 1 piece missing which wasn't bad but I have a feeling it was a new but being sold in a second hand shop someone may have taken a piece out.

Tesco Sticky Toffee Pudding

These tescos sticky toffee puddings were bought outside of UK.
Overall, they were really lush with custard but the toffee at the bottom was a bit cloyingly sweet.

Tesco Raspberry Trifles

I love trifles these individual raspberry trifle pots were really good.
The cream and custard was good and there was lots of jelly at the bottom however the sponge was a bit too sweet for liking.

Mr Kipling Raspberry rockin slices

The Mr Kipling Raspberry rockin slices are raspberry flavour sponge with raspberry puree finished with a white decoration.
Overall, I found these quite sweet the raspberry was a bit overwhelming.

Mug Shot - The Mighty Soulful Cajun Pasta

Tried the Mug Shot Mighty Soulful Cajun Pasta in 2019 so this review is two years late.
Just like the regular mug shots, the pasta is nice and soft if you leave it for longer.
The cajun taste was very flavourful with a mild spicy kick and you get the taste of the paprika and peppers as well.
Overall a nice alternative to the regular chicken flavours.

M&S Zesty & aromatic salad mix

There are so many salad mixes about but the Zesty & aromatic salad mix from Marks and Spencers appealed to me because it contained lemony sorrel, fragrant parsley and chive.
I was impressed with the lemony sorrel which looks a bit like a spinach leaf.
The taste was interestingly just like lemon which gives the salad a nice refreshing touch.
