Heinz Big Soup Minted Lamb

When I saw this soup, I had a feeling it would be good so I got it.
To be honest, it did not disappoint and the taste was really comforting with the mint and there were chunk of lamb which had a good texture after it was heated in the microwave.
Although you could argue it is a bit like baby food but with a stronger and richer taste.
I admit I eat baby food too so I can confirm it is similar with bigger chunks of carrot and potatoes.

Sainsburys bread sauce review

I go to Sainsburys a lot and I must admit, I never saw the bread sauce around Christmas.
Strangely I saw it in the reduced section in January.
As a bread sauce lover, I had to try it.
Overall it was a nice creamy sauce which goes well with roast.

Mini hidden Clementine Christmas Pudding from Waitrose by Heston

I bought this Mini hidden Clementine Christmas Pudding from Waitrose by Heston for my mum so didn't try it.
Here is what the inside looks like.

New KitKats flavours in Hong Kong

New pistachio and milk tea flavour kitkat!
I love the tartan design and the squirrel.
Pistachio would definitely be my pick because I love pistachio.

Higgidy Cauliflower Cheese & Broccoli Quiche

To my knowledge there are two cauliflower cheeses on the market. One is Clive's and Higgidy is the other one.
Having tried Clive's I decided to try Higgidy for comparison.
The frustrating thing about this quiche is that the box markets it as a cauliflower quiche so you would expect more cauliflower but broccoli is more prominent.
The annoying thing is that you can't exactly complain because the description is a "Seeded spelt shortcrust pastry with cauliflower florets and mature Cheddar cheese, broccoli and a free range egg filling" but somehow there is more broccoli in it.
Basically it just tastes like a broccoli cheese quiche.
I had a similar experience with Clive's cauliflower quiche where the kale was more prominent than anything.
Overall nice but it shouldn't be called a cauliflower quiche.

Other Higgidy finds:

M&S Collection Clementine / Salted Caramel Hot Chocolate

The hot chocolate at Marks and Spencers are a must because they use Belgian chocolate flakes.
For Christmas, they did salted caramel and clementine so I had to get them both.
Visually they are just chocolate flakes which you can put on desserts and cakes etc.
The clementine had a really nice citrus taste but it was a bit on the sweet side, however the salted caramel was much better in terms of flavour, aroma and taste.

Coop Salted toffee chocolate popcorn

The concept of chocolate popcorn sounded good just like Joe & Sephs chocolate popcorn.
At Coop, they had a salted toffee chocolate popcorn for Christmas which is basically popcorn coated in chocolate.
The size of each popcorn is rather big and the chocolate coating was quite thick.
As for the taste, I found it rather disappointing because you couldn't taste any saltiness as well as see or taste any chewy toffee.
The taste was too sweet overall.
