To my knowledge there are two cauliflower cheeses on the market. One is Clive's and Higgidy is the other one.
Having tried Clive's I decided to try Higgidy for comparison.
The frustrating thing about this quiche is that the box markets it as a cauliflower quiche so you would expect more cauliflower but broccoli is more prominent.
The annoying thing is that you can't exactly complain because the description is a "Seeded spelt shortcrust pastry with cauliflower florets and mature Cheddar cheese, broccoli and a free range egg filling" but somehow there is more broccoli in it.
Basically it just tastes like a broccoli cheese quiche.
I had a similar experience with Clive's cauliflower quiche where the kale was more prominent than anything.
Overall nice but it shouldn't be called a cauliflower quiche.
