Morrisons Green slime doughnuts

A while ago I was put off by Morrisons doughnuts because they were not well filled and it also depends which branch you go to.
The one at Sutton has been reliable for doughnuts so I go the Slime doughnuts which appear to be new but previous they have been around under the raspberry pineapple doughunt.
This batch of doughnuts were well filled and bursting with green slime.
All five were consistently filled.
Apart from the off putting colour, you get this lovely pineapple flavour so I liked them.

Sainsburys Sage & onion stuffing flavoured mayo

It has been fun trying all these different mayonnaise creations by Sainsburys.
So far my favourite is the chip shop mayo with vinegar.
Last year they had the Pigs in Blanket style mayonnaise which was not to my liking because it lacked a bacon taste.
This year, they have sage & onion stuff flavoured mayo which looks promising because I love stuffing.
Overall, I found it a bit sweet and herby.

Melissa Macaroni pastitsio Pasta No2 [buccatini]

Melissa Macaroni pastitsio Pasta No2 [buccatini] is famously used for Greek style lasagne which are layers of pastitsio with meat sauce and Greek bechamel sauce.
Compared to other buccatini I have tried, the No2 is much broader in diameter almost like udon which makes it similar to Chinese Yunnan buccatini.
Anyway, it tastes good in a soupy dish or stir fried.

Sproud unsweetened pea milk

A few weeks ago I tried the Mighty pea milk which was my first pea milk and it had a strong flat bean taste so I was expecting this one to be similar.
However I was sproudly surprised that it actually tasted like milk with a very faint beany taste to it.

M&S Spanish Potato & Onion tortilla

Some Spanish tortillas can be really egg but this was one of the best potato and onion tortillas I have tried because it was balanced and not too eggy.
Adding mayonnaise takes it to another level.

Sainsburys spicy hell's chicken

First, I was surprised to see this black bun filled with spicy chicken at Sainsburys as they don't usually have things like this.
Secondly, it was so delicious like restaurant/cafe quality.
It wasn't spicy but the onions made it really tasty along with the red Leicester cheese and creamy slaw that was not too sweet.
I warmed it in the microwave for 30 seconds just to bring it to room temperature and it tasted amazing
Overall, really worth trying.
Made by the Greencore group so it was no surprise I liked it because I liked the previous products like the Marks and Spencers like the no salt beef bun, Boots vegan sandwiches, Sainsburys festive roast sandwich with gravy.
