Cadburys Darkmilk layers of joy

There are so many choices for Cadbury chilled desserts, there are the pot versions and the big portions for sharing.

I didn't have any expectations because the previous Cadburys dark chocolate dessert in the range didn't taste like dark chocolate and the colour of the dessert was the same as another milk choc dessert in the range.

A great chocolate fix without being too sweet which was a surprise because it actually tasted like dark chocolate.

There are so many choices for Cadbury chilled desserts, there are the pot versions and the big portions for sharing.

From experience, most Cadbury's chilled desserts have been too sugary lacking chocolate taste hence I had hopes for the darkmilk dessert as it was dark chocolate.

I am not sure if I got a faulty batch but the colour was exactly the same as Cadburys milk chocolate dessert I got.

In terms of taste, it was the consistent sugary sweetness that lacked any signs of chocolate which is disappointing for something that is supposed to taste like dark chocolate.

For Easter, they had the creme egg trifle as well as the pot version.

Ended up getting the pot version which was extremely sweet and sugary just like the actual creme egg chocolate egg.

Cadburys Pots of Joy caramel

There are so many choices for Cadbury chilled desserts, there are the pot versions and the big portions for sharing.

The pots of joy caramel is my favourite because the Cadburys chilled desserts are too sugary lacking chocolate taste.

There is a good layer of caramel topped with a layer of chocolate.

M&S Piri Piri Sweet Potato & Quinoa (marks spencer)

The new salad range at M&S is healthy and captivating so this time I got the roasted sweet potato with quinoa, rice and spinach in a fiery piri piri dressing.
Overall, the piri piri dressing made it come alive.

M&S Orzo & Roasted Tomatoes (marks & Spencers)

I love orzo pasta which is like grains of rice so I got the M&S Orzo & Roasted Tomatoes which with sun-dried tomato vinaigrette.

As the vinaigrette is separate, I tried the orzo pasta on its own and it was bland but after adding the sundried tomato vinaigrette, the whole thing came alive.
