Double sided can/tin! MaLing Shredded Pork and Preserved Vegetable 梅林榨菜肉絲

People from Hong Kong would definitely be familiar with this product but as I am not from HK, I found this dual can fascinating and never knew it existed.
I believe I have seen this before but didn't know there were two ends because one side of the tin holds the pickled veg while the other end has the meat pieces.
To eat you open both sides and mix the ingredients together and steam it.
I would love to see someone send this product to Atomic Shrimp to review on his youtube channel because he does really good reviews on weird stuff in a can.

Discovering new brands at Raye the store

Raye the store is a travelling showcase of emerging food, drink and wellness brands championing natural ingredients and quality design.
You get to experience their handpicked range of products and learn about the stories that built them.
It was definitely a unique chance to see new products for the first time before they are on the shelves.
They had 75+ brands and 300+ products at the shop.

I was so lucky to discover a tasting session at Raye the store so attended the session.
It was the best experience I ever had seeing all these new and creative products as well as trying them.
I got to sample 12 products that they put out.
Some drinks were really good as well as nut butter so I am so glad I got the chance to try them.

Other items spotted on the shelves:

Grenade protein bars

I have always wanted to try the Grenade protein bars which you see everywhere.
Finally tried them at the expo and they were surprisingly good in texture as well as taste.
The texture was nice and chewy and it was not chalky.
Overall, the salted caramel was my favourite flavour but the new gingerbread flavour was on the bitter side.
