Co-op Vegetable Spring rolls

I got these rolls because they reminded me of the ones at school.
They did bring back some memories but were bland in taste hence it went well with a dip.
The good thing is that they didn't drip with oil like the school ones.

Bang Bang Rice Vegetable Biryani

When I first spotted this at the shop I thought it was another product of Ko Lee Bang Bang noodles ut they are not.
Anyway, as a instant food reviewer I had to give it a try as it was rice!
So far I have tried Korean instant rice but not Indian style, although I have two Indian style instant rice by MOM brand yet to try.
Basically you just add hot water and wait 8 minutes to eat.
To be honest, the rice was soft and fluffy that you wouldn't suspect it was rehydrated.
As for the taste it was pretty nice and not too spicy but the cardamon was too strong for my liking.

Rhubarb crumble with crushed curiously cinnamon churros

As I had a fair bit of curiously cinnamon churros left, I crushed them and topped them on rhubarb to make rhubarb crumble.

VIrgin Red Floating ice cream van in London giving out free icecream

Before the event, the initial details were get your free icecream by climbing a 15ft high ladder from a floating truck that’s being held up by nothing but balloons.
Each ice cream can be customized with a variety of red toppings ranging from sweet sprinkles to paprika crisps, chilli flakes, and ketchup (just in case some monsters out there need a savoury refreshment…).
When I arrived, the format was a little different, there was a counter on the side giving away free ice-cream while you were free to take selfies with the floating van.

The location of this was:
Observation Point, 56 Upper Ground, South Bank, SE1 9PP, from 11am to 5pm on Wednesday, July 14.

Sparkling disco ball pizza oven, Rotisserie and Barista style coffee at Marks and Spencers Clapham Junction!

As a regular shopper at M&S, they have always been the best.
Sometimes being the best is not enough and Marks and Spencers have taken to in-store theatres to give that impactful shopping experience.
High end food can't get fresher than that!
At the far end, you have this disco ball pizza oven which dishes out pizzas to go, then there is a cabinet of freshly roasted whole chickens from the rotisserie.

If you feel like coffee, there is barista style drinks as well as freshly baked bakery.

You can see that the store shifts the show during the day from breakfast to freshly made.
Basically, they have laid it out deli style with a wraps section, sushi section etc.

Everything is in simplistic wrapping and see through design so you can see how tasty it is and basically screaming at you to eat me now!

On the other side, you will find a cheese section as well with their own branded cheese as well as other artisan cheeses.

When you come in you are greeted with a floral section of greenerey followed by fresh and colourful fruits and veg!

I am so just glad I visited this store as it was a wonderful experience.
This is not new but it is similar to Eataly in Liverpool Street with the different sections of fresh, cookery stalls etc.
Currently, there are a few of these stores in the UK.
