Vita VLT Slush maker

There are so many slush makers but this one is exclusive to Vita's VLT.
You can get it for $25 by purchasing $20 more on Vita's Chrysanthemum Tea or Lemon tea at 7-11. Circle K and Vango.

I admit, I was too impatient on my first go so it didn't work.
You have to put it in the fridge for at least six hours!

Tropicavo chicken burger at Hong Kong's McDonalds

Tried the new Tropicavo chicken burger which is a crispy chicken patty topped with avocado, a slice of cheese, mayonnaise and some orange sauce.
The box was quite cute.


The paper wrap was also nicely presented, on one side it is avocado for this burger and the other side has pineapples for the prawn burger.

I was lucky at this branch because they put quite a bit of sauce which differs in different branches.
The burger tasted quite salty and I couldn't quite taste the avocado.

Apple crumble McFlurry at Hong Kong's McDonalds

I love apple crumble so I had to try McDonald's new Apple Crumble McFlurry.


It was a bit disappointing because it was just softserve with apple paste and butter cookie crumbs.
The taste would have been more convincing if they used their delicious apple pie filling.

Mentos choco

I am not a fan of mentos mints of the fruit flavours but the mentos choco series were sooooooooooooo delicious.
It was chewy caramel filled with chocolate.
There are two flavours choco caramel and mint caramel filled with chocolate.

HKTDC 2016 food expo

The annual HKTDC food expo is coming!

From 11-15^th August 2016, there will be nearly 1,400 exhibitors from 25 countries and regions.

There will be new comers from Finland, Croatia and Iceland as announced at the Press Conference.

To cater for the Halal sector, there will be a Halal food zone from 11-13^th at the Trade Zone.

There will  be various of Chefs and Celebrity chefs at the event.

Here are some exciting highlights that will be available.

I was most excited about the snail caviar so I went to that booth first.

As autumn festival is approaching fast, there are various mooncake promotions.
