Physalis berry

Finally tried this delicate looking Physalis berry which is not to be confused with the Physalis alkekengi Berry.
The Physalis alkekengi berry has a papery shell that is bright orange, and the Physalis berry shell is beige/brown.

The berry inside looked like a round orange cherry and it tasted like a a soft cherry tomato with lots of tiny seeds inside.
It was slighty bitter.

Kabaya Pakyni Cheddar Cheese sticks

Got these cheddar cheese biscuit sticks which are Japanese.
They are about 5cm in width made from three biscuit sticks stuck together.
The cheese flavouring was very strong.
It was slightly oily.

Nestle's Yo-Jelly [Yogurt+Jelly in peach or blackcurrant flavours]

The concept of natural yogurt and jelly sounded interesting, so got both flavours blackcurrant and peach.
It is produced by Nestle's Dairy Farm in Hong Kong.
It consists of yogurt at the bottom of the cup, and above the yogurt is a layer of jelly.
To me, peach tasted better and natrual with some sour notes however blackcurrant was fake and sweet for my liking.

Sensa Cools 清熱酷

Just for fun I got this drink, before I bought it, I checked the labels to see what was in it.
I was not drinking it for cooling purposes but just as a drink.
It tasted like TaoTi's honey green tea, but it contains green tea, honeysuckle, Chrysanthenum, momordica grosvenori, Houttuynia, licorice, jasmine, honey, vitamin C and other stabilisers.

Chocolate sponge ice-cream

Tried this chocolate ice-cream sandwiched between two slices of sponge, it was quite nice and reminded me of Kinder's milk slices which is also frozen ice-cream sandwiched between spongecake.

Häagen-Dazs Secret Sensations creme brulee

Häagen-Dazs, a famous U.S. brand of ice cream created Secret Sensations, a new dessert for people who like ice cream and comes in two variants: Crème Brûlée, sandwiched by bits of caramelized sugar and caramel and Chocolat Fondant, completely covered with pieces of biscuit enriched with cocoa and nuts and chocolate.
I tried both flavours, creme brulee was nice with pieces of caramelized sugar and in the centre was liquid!

Pennywort drinks

Got this drink because it looked interesting, it originates from Thailand but the Chinese people most probably drink it too because there is Chinese on the labelling.

Not sure what it is in Chinese, but the English for it is Pennywort.
When you shake the bottle, the contents are very thick.
It was very sweet to drink so it had to be diluted.
Anyway, it tastes exactly the same as WHEATGRASS.
